Hi, and welcome to BabyGroove

BabyGroove is a small, independent online shop serving families across Canada. We're Solomon and Gideon, two best friends, and we started it together because parents already have so much to think about, and finding good everyday baby things shouldn't be one more thing on the list.

So we keep the shop simple. Instead of thousands of products, you'll find a carefully chosen range of things that help with the real moments of the first years: mealtimes, bath time, changing and sleeping, getting out of the house, and the sweet little outfits and gifts that make those moments special.

What we care about

• Honest information. Clear descriptions, real sizes and straight answers. If something isn't right for your baby, we'd rather you know before you buy.
• Fair prices. No fake "original prices" and no countdown pressure. Just a fair price, with free shipping on orders of $45 or more.
• Real support. When you email, a real person replies, usually within 1–2 business days.

How orders work

To keep prices fair, your order ships from our partner warehouses, so delivery usually takes 10–18 business days. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise something we can't keep. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships. If anything arrives damaged, defective or not as described, just write to us and we'll make it right.
